To organise ahead of FRANCE 2023 a Beach Rugby World Cup, with Marseille as its capital

To continue the development of a National Beach Tackle Rugby Five Challenge Championship played on sand

To organise a demonstration of Beach sports for Olympic authorities in which the Beach Rugby Five would be a key component.

To make the South Beach Rugby Five Marseille a stage at the heart of a regional or even national circuit of Beach Touch Rugby

To work with the European Beach Rugby Association (EBRA) to host a qualifying stage of the European Nations Championship in Marseille
